Homemade Surf n Turf with Scalloped Potatoes



Full Credit to Cooking With Fifi 
BBQ Steak
1.5 tbsp of ranchero seasoning
1 tbsp of onion powder
1/2 tbsp of cumin powder
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of rosemary garlic seasoning
1/2 tbsp of chilli powder
1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp of carriban spice roasted garlic seasoning
1 tbsp of Sriracha hot sauce
1/3 a cup of Blazin chipotle sauce
1/2 a cup of hickory bbq sauce
4/5 garlic cloves

Instructions
Add seasoning and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4hrs or overnight then BBQ to your desired tenderness of steak

Scalloped potatoes
4 medium size potatoes (thinly cut)
Half a cup of butter
Half a cup of flour
1.5 cups of heavy cream
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a cup Parmesan (or as much as your heart desires)
1 tbsp of black pepper

Instructions 
Add butter then garlic 
Once that starts bubbling add flour then heavy cream 
Constantly stir on low medium heat until it thickens 
Add Parmesan + black pepper 
Pour mixture over thinly sliced potatoes 
Top with more Parmesan and bake at 350 for 45mins*

Shrimp
1/2 tbsp of old bay seasoning
1 tbsp of Cajun
1 tbsp of lemon pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of onion power
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1/3 cups of butter
half a lemon juice
5/6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Instructions 
Add seasoning and your choice of oil and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30mins 
 Add butter to a pan on medium heat 
Add garlic and stir until it becomes aromatic 
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3mins 
Add lemon juice then parsley at the end*
