Ingredients
1 sliced white onion
1 sliced red bell pepper
1 sliced green bell pepper
Sauté in avocado oil and butter, add a few dashes of Worcestershire and a pinch of
salt until soft 1 lb ribeye sliced thin (freeze for 20 min
prior to cutting for ease)
Remove veggies and add steak to same
pan, season with salt and pepper
Chipotle Aioli
1/2 cup Mayo
2 cloves garlic finely minced Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of chipotle adobo sauce Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix
Crispy onions
1 white onion sliced
Soak in buttermilk Dredge in flour cornstarch salt and pepper Pan fry until golden brown
Garlic Bread
1/2 cup softened butter
2 gloved garlic minced 1/4 cup parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
(Optional) add grated Parmesan
Apply to bread of your choice and bake at
400 for 8 minutes
Assemble sandwich, add Provolone, broil until cheese is melted.
