Homemade Honey Hot Chicken Tenders

Seasoning Blend:
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp onion
2 tbsp nashville spice 
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic herb 
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
2 cups buttermilk
1 1/4 cup hot sauce

Flour Mixture:
4 cups of flour
1-2 tbsp baking powder
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
1-2 tbsp nashville hot seasoning 

Honey Hot Sauce:
2 tbsp garlic herb butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup hot sauce

  1. I think it was 1 lb of chicken for the sauce. There is enough marinade for 2lbs of tenders though.

  4. Made this last night, it was amazingg!! Will definitely be saving this recipe for future/regular use in my household. :) I served with Homemade Baked Mac & Cheese, Homemade Sweet potato fries, celery, and Ranch dressing on the side along with fresh squeezed lemonade. 🔥

  6. The recipe doesn't have oil listed for the Seasoning Blend like it shows in the video. We made this mistake and the breading falls off the chicken. Also, the breading seems to brown before the chicken is done. But it was tasty!
