Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
3x cups shredded chicken
½ cup finely chopped onion 
1 cup finely chopped carrot
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 ½ Tbsp chopped Garlic
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar + more on top
1/2-1 cup Franks red hot sauce (add amount based on your preference)
1/3 cup Ranch + more on top
Salt and pepper
Oil

Steps
Saute onion, carrots celery & garlic in oil Add shredded chicken and remaining ingredients
Bake at 350° for 15-20 min 
Top with more Franks & Ranch

Optional toppings green onions,
jalapeños, and/or blue cheese crumbles.
