Homemade Alfredo Veggie Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (slice in half so you have 6) add salt and pepper to the chicken
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp plain flour
3 cups of whole milk (pour in one cup at a time… let the sauce thicken before pouring in the next cup)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Half tsp chilli flakes
Cheese
Optional 
Red onion
Sweetcorn
Red and green pepper
Spring onion
In 3 separate bowls you’ll need:
Plain flour
2 Eggs whisked
2 Bread crumbs (mixed in with chilli flakes and dried parsley)

Steps
1. Coat each chicken in the flour first, egg and then breadcrumbs.
2. Shallow fry in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side.
3. Place chicken on a baking tray and set aside
(4)To make the white sauce you’ll need
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp plain flour
3 cups of whole milk (pour in one cup at a time… let the sauce thicken before pouring in the next cup)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Half tsp chilli flakes

Pour the white sauce over the chicken
Sprinkle some cheese on top

And your choice of toppings, I used:
Red onion
Sweet corn
Red and green pepper
Spring onion

Sprinkle more cheese (mozzarella and red Leicester)
Place in the oven on 180°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted
