Ingredients
Grated ginger and garlic
Maggi
Rice wine
Light soy sauce
Cornstarch
Garlic grounds
Ginger grounds
Black pepper
Chopped ginger
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic

Steps
Season Chicken
1. Clean chicken wings
2. Add grated ginger, garlic, maggi, rice wine, and light soy sauce to a bowl with chicken wings.
3. Once every thing is in a bowl mix together.
4. Once everything is mixed together cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerator for it to marinate (5 hours for best flavor).
Breading/Coating
1. In a bowl add cornstarch, ginger grounds, garlic grounds, black pepper, maggi and combine ingredients.
2. Bread chicken wings with mixture.

3. Fry in hot oil till gfolden.
Spicy
1. In a pan with oil sauté chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
2. Once sautéd we'll add chicken wings and toss to mix ingredients together
3. Top with spring onions
