Homemade Chili Cheese Pigs n’ A Blanket

Ingredients
Hot dogs 
Ground beef 
Pillsbury biscuits 
Dark red kidney beans 
Tomato sauce 
Butter 
Salt / Pepper 
Cayenne pepper 
Crushed red pepper 
McCormick Chili seasoning 
Shredded Cheese 
Sour cream 
Parsley (to garnish) 

Steps
Preheat oven to 375°
Slice hot dogs into halves 
Pan fry hot dogs until golden brown 
Slice Pillsbury biscuits into halves 
Roll or press out dough into long strip 
Starting from the top Wrap hot dog with biscuits 
Place jumbo pigs in a blanket non stick pan and bake until golden brown (approx.15-20 mins)
Brown ground beef in large pot 
Season with salt/pepper , crushed red pepper, and cayenne. (Drain meat if necessary) 
Add in tomato sauce, dark red kidney beans (undrained) and Chili seasoning packet. 
Stir until fully combined. 
Cover & let chili simmer (While waiting on the pigs in a blanket)
Top chili with sour cream and cheese and use your hot dogs to dip.
