Homemade Loaded Seafood Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 French bread loaf
Head garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 stick of salted butter, softened
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. medium sized shrimp
8 oz. ready to eat lobster meat
8 oz. jumbo lump crab meat
1/2 c. Italian blend cheese, shredded
1/2 c. fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut top from the head of garlic, exposing the cloves. Place head of garlic (cut side up), on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Pour olive oil over them, and top with Tuscan Something. Wrap the foil tightly. Place in a small ovenproof pan, and bake until the cloves begin to pop out, about 30-40 mins. Remove from the oven and cool.
3. To remove the cloves, open the foil and squeeze the lower part of the head of garlic. In a small bowl, mash the cloves to form a paste. Add in softened butter, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until thoroughly combined.
4. Slice French bread loaf down the center and spread garlic mixture evenly on both sides.
5. Top evenly with Italian cheese blend and bake for 9-10 minutes.
6. While bread bakes, oil a medium skillet over medium high heat. Seasoning shrimp with Seafood Something and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until pink. Remove from heat and add lobster and crab meat to pan. Thoroughly mix and sit aside.
7. Remove garlic bread from oven and evenly top with seafood mixture.
8. Cover seafood with fresh mozzarella and return to oven. Broil for 1 minute on high or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
9. Slice and enjoy!
