Best Homemade Dumpling

Ingredients
Cabbage
All purpose flour
Salt
Black pepper
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Hoisin sauce
Sesame oil
Spring onion
Olive oil
Garlic cloves
Green chillies
Chilli powder
Curry powder Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Pre-cooked mince
Chilli flakes


Method
1. In a large bowl add 4 cups of flour
2. Add some salt and black pepper
3. Add 1 cup of warm water and mix until well combined
4. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and leave it aside for an hour for it to rise
5. Meantime chop half a cabbage
6. Add 1tbsp dark and light soya sauce
7. Add 1tbsp hoisin and oyster sauce
8. Add 1tbsp sesame oil 
9. Add some salt, some chopped spring onion and mix very well
10. On a pan heat up some oil
11. Add 1tbsp chopped garlic cloves
12. Add the cabbage mixture followed by some chopped green & red chillies
 13. Cook until cabbage is soft (around 10 mins on medium to low heat)
14. Add 1tsp chilli powder, 1/2 curry powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder and mix very well
15. Cook for 5 minutes and then add pre cooked mince and stir for 5-6 mins
16. Leave it aside for it to cool down
17. Roll out the dough into long pieces and cut them into 7-8 small pieces 
18. Lightly flour the pieces and roll them into thin circles
19. Once filling is cold add 1tbsp to the center of the thin circles and fold them into any shape you like
20. Bring some water to a boil
21. Drop the dumplings onto the water and take them out once they rise up to the top
22. For the sauce add and mix 1tbsp dark soya sauce, 1tbsp light soya sauce, 1tbsp hoisin, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp rice vinegar, chopped spring onions, 1tbsp chilli flakes & pour some hot oil
23. Finally heat up some oil on a pan
24. Fry the dumplings for few minutes
25. Then add 2-3tbsp of corn flour slurry
26. Cover with a lid and cook until golden 
27. Add the sauce and cook for a minute
28. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seed
