Ingredients
Potatoes
Olive Oil
Paprika
Black Pepper
Salt
Onion
Bell pepper
Ribeye steak
Veggies

Tostitos White Queso Cheese
Heavy Cream
Parmesan
Mozzarella
Cheddar Shredded
Banana Pepper
Jalapeno Pepper
Potato Steps
1. Cut 8 potatoes into wedges/cubes and coat them generously with olive oil, paprika, black pepper and salt.
2. Bake them on 400 degrees for 40 minutes to roast
Steak Steps
1. Dice one large onion & 2 bell peppers. Sauté them in a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Add shaved ribeye steak, seasoned well, to skillet with sautéed veggies. Add salt pepper, garlic & onion salt for flavor.
Sauce Steps
1. Use Tostito's White Queso cheese in the jar, add 1 cup of heavy cream , 1/2 cup of shaved Parmesan, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
2. Season Queso the same as my veggies.
Putting Casserole Together
1. Bring out potato wedges and layer them in a dish
2. Layer in this order: potatoes, cheddar shreds , white queso, steak, white queso, banana & jalapeño peppers, mozzarella and cheddar shred.
3. Bake on 400degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
