Ingredients
1 block feta cheese
1 block Boursin Garlic & fine herbs cheese(this is a must!!!)
lots of grape tomatoes (I used two containers)
whole garlic cloves (as much as your heart desires)
olive oil
pasta of your choice
basil (fresh is best, but I only had dried)
oregano
salt & pepper to taste (feta is salty, so be easy with the salt)
Method
Place both cheese blocks in an oven safe pan. Add tomatoes, your garlic cloves, a heavy drizzle of olive oil, and your seasonings. Bake at 425° for about 30 minutes, or until tomatoes are wilted. While that’s baking, boil and drain your pasta. Make sure to save about a cup of the pasta water, this is super necessary!! Take your sauce out of the oven, mash it up with a fork, add your pasta and a cup of pasta water, then mix!
