1 1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup pasta water

1 cup parmesan

1/2 tsp of basil

1/2 tsp of onion powder

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

1/2 tsp of sugar to cut the acidity

1/4 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of black pepper 

1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes

Onion powder

Smoked paprika

Dried basil

Black pepper
