Homemade Extra Crispy Hot Honey Tenders

Ingredients

1 lb of Chicken Breasts marinade seasoning:
1.5 cups buttermilk
1 egg
pinch of salt & pepper
1 tsp: garlic & onion powder, cayenne, paprika
1/2 tsp: Tony's Creole or Lawry's
 
Seasoned salt flour seasoning:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cornstarch 
1 tsp: black pepper, garlic & onion powder, cayenne, paprika, Tony's creole or seasoned salt

Hot honey sauce:
Honey, hot sauce, cayenne/red chill flakes & parsley (u can start w/ 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup honey & work from there)

Steps
1. Wash chicken. Beat chicken evenly and cut into strips. Combine marinade seasoning & marinate strips for 1-2 hours.
2. Combine flour seasoning. take a tbsp of the marinade & pour into flour seasoning. lightly mix to form some clumps. this will make the breading extra crispy.
3. Dip chicken strips into flour seasoning. make sure they're fully coated.
4. Heat enough vegetable oil (for deep frying) on medium. fry abt 4 chicken strips at a time. Fry for about 6-7 min, (2-3 min on each side). chicken should be golden brown & fully cooked.
5. Combine hot honey sauce. pour on chicken. toss chicken strips so that all sides are evenly coated.
6. Serve with fries.
