Honey Glazed Mint Lamb Chops

Lamb Marinade

9 Lamb Chops

1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning

 1 & 1/2 tsp Lamb Seasoning

3/4 tsp Garlic Granules 

1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary

3/4 tsp Black Pepper

1& 1/2 tbsp Maggi Liquid Seasoning

 Pinch of Fresh Thyme

1 tsp Chopped Garlic 

1/2 tsp Schwartz Season All 

1 tbsp Mint Sauce

Extras

1 Beef or Lambs Stock Cube

 1/2 a Small Onion 

1 tbsp Honey

Broccoli & Cheddar

Ingredients List

7 Medium Sized Potatoes

6-7 Small Florets of Broccoli

2 tbsp Butter

 1&1/2 tbsp Boursin Cheese 

Salt/Pepper to Taste

50g Grated Four Cheese Blend (Or a mix of Mature Cheddar and Mozzarella)

& extra cheese for the top
