1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Citrus Garlic (Reg. Garlic Powder)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp olive oil
Cooking Salmon
Sear Salmon for 2 minutes per side
Season other side
On the last 2 minutes add 1tbps of unsalted butter, squeeze 1 lemon, 2 cloves garlic and, baste salmon
Sauce
Remove Salmon
Sauté small onions
1 cup plum tomato grapes (cut in half)
Add in 1 1/2 cup of baby spinach
1 cup heavy cream
Simmer for 2 minutes
Season the Sauce
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Finishing up
Add in Salmon
Baste
Simmer for 1 minute
