Fish
2-4 Swai filets, marinade in mojo while you prep everything else .
Cole Slaw
Pre-mix slaw (2 small handfuls)
About 1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp of white or red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp of granulated sugar ( or 1 if you prefer it less sweet )
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
Mix all listed ingredients set aside
Tartar Sauce
About 1 cup mayo
Small handful of dill pickles finely chopped
1/2 of small yellow onion finely chopped
1 - 2 tbsp of pickle juice
1 tsp of dijon mustard
Half of lemon juice
1/4 tsp or garlic paste
Sugar to taste. (Added about 1 1/2 tbsp - 2 tbsp in video)
Pinch of white pepper or black pepper
Salt to taste.
Seasoned Flour
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Frying Fish
In a large pot
Add enough oil to deep fry the fish . (350-360 degrees)
Work in batches, and cool fish for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
