Homemade Turkey Wings & Mushroom Celery Rice Medley

Turkey Wings

Ingredients

2/3 lbs of turkey wings

1 Green pepper

1 Red pepper

1 Red onions

1 tbsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Slap yo mama Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp smoked paprika 

1 tbsp onion powder 

1 tbsp Adobo Seasoning with pepper

1 tbsp vegetable oil

½ cup vegetable broth

2 tbsp flour


Steps

1. Clean and cut your turkey wings and bell peppers.

2. In a bowl add in turkey wings, chopped bell peppers, chopped onion, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and seasonings (1 Tbsp of each: black pepper, slap yo mama cajun seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder and adobo seasoning with pepper). Make sure everything combines well.

3. Take a half cup of vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons of flour, mix them together, and pour in a cooking dish with turkey wings, chopped bell peppers, and chopped onion in it.

4. Add butter on top of your turkey wings.

5. Cover the baking dish with foil, and cook the wings in the oven on 350 F, for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. But during that time, make sure you are checking in all the turkey wings and basting.


Mushroom Celery Rice Medley

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup butter, cubed 

2-1/2 cups cooked rice

3/4 teaspoon salt

Pinch of pepper


Steps

1.  In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms in butter until tender, about 8 minutes. 

2. Stir in the cooked rice, salt, and pepper; reduce heat to low. 

3. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes longer or until heated through.

Homemade Seafood Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

1 lb of shrimp (tail off)

1 pack of imitation crab (fully cooked)

1 pack of elbow macaroni

Things You Might Need:

Pots, Pans, Aluminum Pans, Spray On Oil, Shrimp Seasoning Tony's Creole & Onion Powder


Cheese Sauce

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

Onion & Garlic Powder

Paprika 

Tony's Creole

Shredded: sharp cheddar, monterey jack, mild cheddar, mozzarella & parmesan (adjust these to fit your desired consistency for the cheese sauce)


Steps

1.Season shrimp with shrimp seasoning. let marinate for about 30 minutes.


2.Heat a pan on medium & add 1 tbsp of oil. grill shrimp. raw: 5-6 minutes each side (Make Sure Shrimp Is Thoroughly Pink) cooked: 3-4 minutes on each side or until grilled.


3.Cut your imitation crab into small cubes & set aside


4.Start to boil your macaroni. boil al dente. (al dente instructions should be on the box)


5.Heat another sauce pan on medium. Add 2 tbsp of butter, 1 cup of heavy cream. Let it simmer. Add the five cheeses above to your liking. Make sure to let each one melt before adding the next cheese. Whisk thoroughly! If too thick, add more heavy cream. If too light, add more cheese. ***MAKE SURE TO SAVE SOME EXTRA CHEDDAR FOR BAKING***. Then add onion & garlic powder, paprika & tony's creole to get the taste you desire. want.


6.Pour cheese sauce onto al dente macaroni. Add grilled shrimp. Then add crab. Carefully fold all ingredients until cheese sauce fully coats everything.


7.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.


8.Spray oil generously along aluminum pan. Add one layer of the mac & cheese, then sprinkle cheddar, then add another layer of mac & cheese. Continue alternating layers until the pan is full. The top layer should have sprinkled cheese & paprika on it.


9.Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes OR until a golden top crust is achieved.

Homemade Chick-fil-A Sandwich

Ingredients

Chicken
2-3 chicken thighs 
A sprinkle of salt
A sprinkle of garlic powder
A sprinkle of paprika

Biscuit Mix 
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt 
6 Tbsp
butter very cold
3/4 to 1 cup whole milk 

Seasoned Flour
 1 cup flour
1 cup corn starch 
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Honey Butter Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 stick of butter 
1 tsp white vinegar 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions
Mix your dry biscuit mix together and grate 6 Tbsp of cold butter and toss into the mixture until well incorporated... it's ok if your mix is still clumpy.

Now add your buttermilk slowly stirring in a little at a time until your mixture becomes one with the milk. 

Now make into a ball and fold over multiple times to create a layering effect on the biscuit and cut with a biscuit cutter or a cup 

Brush with melted Butter and pop into oven at 425 for 12-15 min.

For the chicken coat with buttermilk garlic powder and paprika and let marinate for 20 Min or overnight if you have the patience.

Take out and dip into your flour mix and
 into hot oil 350 degrees for 5-7 min until
 golden brown!

For the sauce combine all ingredients over low heat until well incorporated and let chill in fridge for 20 min and then serve!

Homemade Pink Pasta

Ingredients 
A little more than 1 & 1/2 cups of pasta / 160 g Small shell pasta
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of pasta water
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
Handful of spinach
Mozzarella cheese as much as you'd like

Steps
1. Start by cooking your pasta till al dente and saving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Make sure to generously salt your water before boiling your pasta in it.

2. While your pasta is cooking, begin making your sauce. In a frying pan on medium heat, add in your butter and allow it to melt before adding in your onions. Then sauté the onions to your liking before adding in your garlic and tomato paste. Cook down your garlic and tomato paste before adding your heavy cream and 1/2 a cup of pasta water.

3. Add in your al dente pasta and seasonings, then mix it up. After about 2-3 minutes, add in your spinach leaves and mix them into the sauce so that they wither in it. Then add mozzarella cheese to your liking. Make sure to mix the cheese in. Once you've done that, plate it and top it with parsley! Enjoy ;)

Ingredients 
20 Chicken Wings
Franks Red Hot Sauce
300ml buttermilk
2 cups all purpose white flour
2 tsp table salt
1½ tsp dried thyme
1½ tsp dried basil
4 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp celery salt
2 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp dry mustard powder
3 Tbsp white pepper
1 Tbsp ground ginger

Directions
Step 1
Mix all of the herbs and spices together first, making sure there are no lumps in the mixture from spices that have clumped in storage.

Step 2
In a large bowl, add the herb & spice mixture to the flour and mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.

Step 3
Put wings into a large bowl and cover with the buttermilk and Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 4
Put your spice and flour mix into a shallow tray. Place chicken wings into mixture and completely coat, dip in water and coat again.Then shaking off the excess.

Step 5
Preheat a sunflower oil filled deep fryer to 160

Step 6
Carefully put chicken wings into the oil. Fry until golden brown.

Ingredients 
2 1/2cup Sushi rice or any sticky rice
Sushi nori/Seaweed
Chicken/goat meat stock
Shrimp
1 tomato paste
1/2 red onion (diced into bits)
1 butter stick
Thyme. white pepper, rosemary.
Oregano, bay leave
Black pepper
Cayenne 
Garlic powder
Maggi 
Salt
Cucumber
Ripe plantain
Avocado
Jalapeño pepper

Steps
1.Fry the red onions with rosemary and thyme. Proceed to add your tomato paste and fry for 10 mins.
2. Add your meat stock and season till your taste. Cook for 5 mins on low-med heat.
3. Add your washed sushi rice and stir until well incorporated, add more water if needed
4. Cook for 30mins with 5-10mins interval stirs.
5. After the first 15 mins, check if more water is needed, adjust taste then seal with foil and cook on low heat till done.
6. Long slice cut for the plantains and fry. (Use sweet ripe plantain not too ripe, just ripe enough to handle.)
7.Long slice cut for the cucumber and avocado, set aside.
8.After 30 mins if rice is ready, begin to plate or let it cook a while and add 1/4 butter for flavoring.
9. Place your bamboo mat into a ziplock bag, then place sushi nori, put a good amount of rice to cover the seaweed, put cucumber, avocado, plantain and fold into circular or square shape.
10. Repeat
11. Season your shrimp and cook for 2-3mins on both sides then plate with sushi roll
12. Then serve.

Fish 
2-4 Swai filets, marinade in mojo while you prep everything else .

Cole Slaw 
Pre-mix slaw (2 small handfuls)
About 1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp of white or red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp of granulated sugar ( or 1 if you prefer it less sweet )
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
Mix all listed ingredients set aside

Tartar Sauce
About 1 cup mayo
Small handful of dill pickles finely chopped
1/2 of small yellow onion finely chopped
1 - 2 tbsp of pickle juice
1 tsp of dijon mustard
Half of lemon  juice
1/4 tsp or garlic paste
Sugar to taste. (Added about 1 1/2 tbsp - 2 tbsp in video)
Pinch of white pepper or black pepper 
Salt to taste.

Seasoned Flour
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion powder

Frying Fish 
In a large pot 
Add enough oil to deep fry the fish . (350-360 degrees)
Work in batches, and cool fish for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
