Ingredients
2 lbs. shrimp
4 Idaho Potatoes
Bunch Broccolini
Heavy cream lemon
Parmesan
Parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp adobo seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Steps
1. Wash your salmon with vinegar and lime. Then add in a little bit of olive oil and your seasonings. Sear your salmon in olive oil and minced garlic until cooked through (4-5 min) same for the shrimp!

2. Add olive oil and butter to a pan and sauté your minced garlic. Then you will add your cooked shrimp and heavy cream. Add a squeeze of lemon juice or white wine, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. (I like to add some Cajun seasoning to the sauce)

3. Mashed potatoes: peel and cut your potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Then you will boil the potatoes for about 12-15 min (add 1tsp of salt) Once the potatoes are soft you will drain out the water. Add to a large bowl and add in parsley, heavy cream, butter, and seasonings (salt, garlic powder, and black pepper) mash your potatoes until smooth and creamy.

4. Broccolini: season your broccolini with garlic/ olive oil/ paprika/black pepper&salt/ Parmesan paste and roast at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Make sure to check on it!
