Strawberry Shortcake Brownies - Ingredients
1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix
2 Large Eggs
1 Half Cup of Melted Butter
2 Tablespoons of Jell-O (Strawberry) Shortcake Crumble
1 Half Pack of Oreos (Separate The Cream) The Rest of Your Jell-O
4 Tablespoons of Butter Cream Cheese Frosting Oreo Cream 8oz of Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of Heavy Cream

Cookie dough
1 C - Rolled oats (use food processor for desired consistency)
1 C - All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp - Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/4 C - Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp - Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp - Nutmeg
1/2 C - Softened Unsalted Butter
1/2 C - Light or Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp - Molasses
1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract
1 - Egg
Icing
3/4 C - Confectioner’s Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp - Milk
1/2 Tsp - Vanilla Extract
Mix all dry ingredients then set aside. Then cream together butter and all sugars. Then add egg, molasses, & vanilla extract. Mix for at least one full minute. Proceed to add all dry ingredients to the wet mixture until dough forms.
Chill dough for at least an hour in Fridge.
Bake cookies at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Mix icing while cookies are cooling.
Yields 12-14 cookies
