Homemade Steak and Potato Foil Wrap

Ingredients

5 tbs of butter

1 tbs of minced garlic

Parsley

2 Chuck eye steaks or Rib eye steaks

1 bag of yellow or red potatoes

1 cup of bell peppers and onions


Seasonings

Montreal Steak seasoning and Kinder's Buttery

Steak House Seasoning


Directions

Cut your steak into chunks.

Slice your potatoes in half.

In a bowl, place your steak and potatoes inside.

Add some olive oil and your seasonings mix it well.

Place in your foil.

Add your onions and bell peppers on top.

In a small bowl, melt 5 tbs of butter, 1 tbs of minced garlic, and some parsley.

Microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour over your steak and potatoes.

Close your foil and bake on 375 for 15 minutes.

Once it's done, open your foil and add some shredded Cheese and bacon pieces on top.

Close it and place back in the oven for 3 minutes.

Top with green onion and your favorite steak sauce.
